KOREABUYING.COM provides a package forwarding service from South Korea to destinations worldwide. Customers can purchase goods in South Korea, and we will forward packages from our Korean warehouse to the Customer’s specified destination.
3. Registration
Customers must register an account to use our Services. Accurate and current information is required for registration. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
4. Prohibited Items
Customers agree not to use our Services to ship items that are illegal, dangerous, or violate export and import regulations. A list of prohibited items is available on our website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with their shipments. KOREABUYING.COM is not responsible for delays or confiscation by customs authorities.
6. Shipping and Handling
KOREABUYING.COM will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of packages but does not guarantee delivery times. Shipping costs are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
7. Liability and Insurance
KOREABUYING.COM’s liability for any loss or damage to packages is limited. Optional insurance coverage is available for an additional fee.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for products purchased through our Services are subject to the original retailer’s return policy. KOREABUYING.COM does not process returns or refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors.
9. Use of Services
Customers agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of Services may result in suspension or termination of the account.
10. Modification of Terms
KOREABUYING.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
